Naomi Barton, Portfolio Manager iGB brand manager hopes the Awards could be the perfect curtain raiser before iGB Affiliate London returns. She said: “It’s a huge honor for iGB to be shortlisted alongside some truly successful and remarkable events. It’s a big credit to the team at Clarion, the team at RAI Amsterdam and, of course, of course, to our community of visitors, exhibitors and sponsors who have worked so hard and with so much energy to deliver what has been a record edition.

“The metrics used by the judges highlight exhibitor satisfaction as a key criterion and the independent post-show research conducted by Explore placed the last fall edition of iGB Live!/iGB Affiliate Amsterdam among the top 10% of events benchmarked with visitors, and in the elite top 2 percent for exhibitors. Being shortlisted is a great achievement in itself, and going further would be perfect preparation to welcome international visitors to ExCeL in April. »

Preparations for iGB Affiliate London continue to progress as confirmed by Naomi: “Two months before iGB Affiliate London goes live, the show is almost a third bigger than in 2020 with the latest snapshot confirming a total of 159 exhibitors and sponsors from 29 nations. In physical terms, participants in the April event experience an event in three of ExCeL’s exhibition halls – comprised of a compelling mix of established names and exhibitors making their first appearance at iGB Affiliate London.”

Boosted by the easing of travel restrictions by the UK government, we are comfortably tracking the pre-registration numbers for 2020 with a strong upward trend in the number of registrants who are active in the United Statesa feature that reflects the positive market dynamics affecting the affiliate industry in North America where the total affiliate addressable revenue is expected to grow 200% over the next five years. Feedback from the Association of Exhibition Organizers whose members organize more than 1,700 events a year shows that returning visitors feel safe and demonstrate a high degree of pent-up demand and a desire to do business. All indicators point to a very successful and memorable edition of iGB Affiliate London.”
